Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrive at Leh Airport (11,500 ft). Transfer to hotel. Spend the entire day resting to acclimatize to high altitude. Overnight in Leh.
Visit Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Hall of Fame, and the Sangam (confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers). Return to Leh. Overnight.
Drive to Nubra Valley, crossing the famous Khardung La Pass (17,582 ft). Arrive at Hunder, check in to your camp. Ride camels on sand dunes. Overnight in Nubra Valley camp.
Visit Diskit Monastery and see the giant Maitreya Buddha. Take a day trip to Turtuk, a scenic Balti village reclaimed from Pakistan in 1971. Return to Hunder. Overnight.
Drive to Pangong Lake (14,270 ft) along the rugged Shyok River route. Arrive at the lake, check in to your luxury cottage camp. Enjoy the changing hues of the lake. Overnight.
Witness the beautiful sunrise over Pangong Lake. Drive back to Leh, crossing the high Chang La Pass (17,590 ft). Check in to Leh hotel. Overnight.
Day at leisure. Explore Leh palace, Shanti Stupa, and local markets for souvenirs like apricots and pashminas. Overnight in Leh.
Transfer to Leh airport for your flight back home with memories of Ladakh.

- Please note that high-altitude activities require proper physical conditioning.
- Carry a valid government ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) at all times. PAN Card is not accepted as proof of identity at army checkpoints.
- Climatic conditions at high elevations can change rapidly. Always follow instructions of the tour guide/expedition leader.
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs during active trekking or riding hours is strictly prohibited.
- Ensure you are adequately covered by adventure travel insurance.
